I found this yesterday when looking for tickets to blues feast, if anyone is interested. I did send them an email to see if they are willing to let us work at home since they are mostly working with a web program for bookings. I will add it to the blog when I find out.

FUN PLACE TO WORK!
Our fun workplace needs part time call centre agents. You will answer
inbound phone inquiries about entertainment & sports events, sell
tickets & other promotional items and do some data entry.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Part time work. Minimum of 15 hours, up to 35 hours weekly at our
Ottawa call centre. We're opened on Monday to Saturday from 9:15am to
9:00pm, and Sunday 11:45am to 5:00pm. You provide your "availability to
work schedule" and shifts are assigned based on business needs and
seniority.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good reading, speaking and spelling skills
• Strong listening skills
• Good organizational skills
• Customer focused
• Pleasant, professional telephone manner
• Can work in a team
• Must be bilingual in French and English

PARTNER WITH US
$9.80/hour to start. Progressive increases and incentives.
