I have added the link for the magic Jack. It is like ring central but cost less to own and run. Also it is run off your computer not off a server in the USA. This is a USB phone,$39.95 with one year of phone service. This will be a very good low cost second line for business. Some companies will not let you use a VoIp phone, Magic Jack is just that as it runs off the high speed internet line you, (It will only work with high speed good to know!).
