Plaxo is a very good site to make a signature for your emails. You can have a business one and a personal one. take a look I have had one for over 9 years now and love. You can use the free version or paid one I have never needed the paid one. You also can keep your address book hear, good place to have it backed up for free. It is a very good service and has a lot to offer for free.
